Class I to V For Primary Stage- Passed or scheduled to take the last year of a two-year elementary education diploma with at least a senior high school diploma (or its equivalent) grade point average.
- According to NCTE 2002 Norms, candidates must have completed or be enrolled in the last year of a two-year diploma program in elementary education with at least 45% of the required marks.
- Passed or scheduled to take the final year of a four-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) program with at least a 50% grade point average in Senior Secondary (or its equivalent).
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) graduates or candidates for final-year admission to the two-year Special Education Diploma program with at least 50% of the required marks. 50% on the final exam and a B.Ed. for one year. graduating and passing or attempting the two-year Diploma in Elementary Education

Class VI to VIII For Secondary Stage- Bachelor's degree and successful completion of or appearance in the last year of a 2-year elementary education diploma (under whatever name is known) having completed or will be completing a one-year Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) with at least a 50% grade point average.
- passing or enrolling in a 1-year Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) program with a minimum GPA of 45%, in accordance with NCTE standards.
- Passed or scheduled to take the final year of a four-year B.A./B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed program with at least a 50% grade point average (or its equivalent). passing or enrolling in a 1-year B.Ed./(B.Ed. Special Education) program with at least a 50% grade point average.
